The same thing happened to me! I always had heard it in my head so perfectly, but then someone once said ‘Key-stis’, and I had to think about it for days after. After that I just figured it to be Key-stis, and that I had to be wrong. If someone knows for sure, please pass the info along!

Actually, to be honest with you, I also did this when I first played FF8 back when it was first released. It might have had something to do with me being younger and not fully understanding how to pronounce things, but I did the same, and some people stick with what they know. - Mod #2

"Unfortunately I can't like your reply to that post without liking the op's post - but I agree with you. For one thing, if someone is offended by something, they're offended, and that's that. Secondly, "the thing you claim to be in favor of" - you're in favor of Final Fantasy VIII, which the blog is about, not in favor of calling Rinoa a whore. The word whore is not funny. Calling anyone a whore is not funny, is offensive, can easily offend very many people, and it does relate to misogyny."
Thank you, you completely understand and express it so much more eloquently than I can.
